Refund policy

Please note that all items are custom-made and/or cut to size at the time of ordering. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or ordering errors.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect or error on our part

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the issue.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smithfieldplastics.com.au for a return address.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@smithfieldplastics.com.au.
